Alina Tie (she/her) is a sophomore at Cupertino High School and a new staffer on The Prospector in 2025–26. She’s involved in various clubs and activities at CHS, including Best Buddies and the JV girls’ volleyball team. Her favorite animals are ducks and dolphins. When she’s not at school or studying, she enjoys doing art (traditional, graphic design), volleyball, outdoor activities with her Scout troop, and binging shows. Alina looks forward to being part of the journalism team and making memories in her sophomore year!
